F1 OPT to H1B visa with consular prrocessing

Hi,

I am currently working on F1 OPT with employer A. My H1B was selected in lottery this year for FY 2021 with employer B. Now employer B only wants me to start working with them after Nov 15th.

Can I still continue to work with employer A on OPT after Oct 1st, if the H1B w/ consular processing is approved? My OPT is valid till June 2021. Please suggest.

Yes, you can, if the COS is not happening with H1B and your OPT is valid. OPT does not have restriction to work.
The risk is that, if your employer B withdraws the H1B, then you lose your luck and H1B slot that you got with lottery…
