I’m on F1 visa for 4 years(1 Year Masters & 3 Years OPT) , worked on OPT Applied for H1B in 2018 & got denial notice in December 2018. I applied for Change of status in US (F1-H4) in Sep 2018 but it seems to be taking long time as per friends suggestion i’m planning to go to India for H4 stamping in January 2019. My Spouse H1B visa expires in March 2019.
My Question:
What are my chances of getting visa approved.
