My wifes visa was rejected earlier twice for a visa violation - not submitting I515 documents. We applied for a F1 and F2. It was rejected again. Now I am reapplying for myself alone and not including them as part of my application.What are the chances of getting a VISA. How to resolve the issue for my wife since she never submitted I515 documents in 2008. Which is considered as a Visa Violation.
You need a valid reason why the request for I-515A was not met. This form is issued on trust basis instead of deportation and must not be disregarded. Anyway when you present application again, make sure an explanation is available on the violation.
