My ex-wife and I divorced in June of 2020 and she hasn’t left the USA back to Canada.
Everything I have read and been informed of is that she had 60days to leave the US but hasn’t. I can’t get a straight answer from her what her legal status is but wonder if anyone knows of how she could legally remain in the US and continue to work?
Her passport and original L2 & EAD would expire in April of 2021.
As you can imagine there are some legal child care and financial concerns.
