I have an expired passport with valid visa till April 2022.
Got my new passport and extended I94 , I797 on new passport.
Planning to visit India, Should i go and come back by carrying both passports without going for visa stamping on new passport. Please let me know if you travelled like this and any experiences.

You need to carry both passports. You dont need to go for stamping if you plan to come back before the current visa expires. However if you want to extend the visa validity you may go for stamping.
