My petition got approved in 2018 with employer A but it was never stamped and it is expired now. However, new employer is ready for H1B transfer from India, I have only case number and form i129 but no approval copy of 797. I checked with my previous employer to get the copy however they denied to provide it. Is H1B transfer possible after 6 years with expired petition (without stamp) and without 797?
USCIS have approved cases like yours in past so I dont see any problem in trying.
