Expired h1b peition ( applied in MAR 2013 & expired OCT2016 while in foreign country )
Now back to USA with L1 ( Dec 2016) ,Need following information to proceed further for H1B
a) Can i move to H1b via CAP Exemption ? YES or NO ( do I need to re apply new petition in 2017)
b) I had been not interaction with applied H1b Company, Do I need to have any document with them if so what are all document needed ?
c) is it only reciept number (wac etc) valid to apply for new h1b company ( LCA change) ?
d) Need to move L1 to H1 any suggestion ??
