Exemptions for Travelling having valid H1B Visa

Hi,

I am currently in the USA having a valid H1B visa till Jan 2021. Yesterday the USA government suspends H1b and H4 visas till the year-end.

My question is as I have a valid visa till Jan 2021, Can I travel to India and come back before Jan 2021?
