Ex-employer obligations

Hello Sir,

Could you please help me to clarify my doubt on below issue.

I left my A employer in 2017 and joined in B company.

My I-140 applied by A company and got approved (Priority date May 2016).

My H1b transfer is not completed yet with company B (just got only receipt).

I have some difference in my paystub and W2 from A company.

A company is not responding me related to this even after multiple attempts.

I would like to inform to IRS .

Is there anything that A employer could do, related to cancelling I-140 or my H1B or oing anything against me ?

Could you please answer my question ?

Thanks in advance

Ravi

Employer A cannot take negative steps against you involving USCIS. Is the amount on W2 more or less than what you were paid? It is a Federal offense for an employer to report higher wages than that were actually paid. You must however make a good faith effort first to resolve this in writing with employer A and keep a copy of the letter to furnish to IRS.
