I am having issues scheduling my 221g follow up h1b appointment. Every time I log onto the system to choose a date I am getting an error :“error while loading visualforce page” . Are there other ways to schedule an interview and why would this be occurring !Errror is on Cgi page . I am able to choose a date but upon clicking submit I receive the error while trying to do the appointment confirmation .
I am going through same problem. Were you able to clear the error and how did you do it?
These could be some software erros. You should call the customer service and get them fixed or seek their help.
