Error in Retrieving DS 160 application

I am facing a major Error problem while trying to fill in my DS 160 application. I started filling and saving DS 160 application. I have filled the 1st page. Whenever Im trying to retrieve application, after putting required details and secret question - Im facing an error - “Date of Birth” and “Surname dont match”.

This is incorrect. I tried changing browsers. Created 3 different applications. Every time unable to Retrieve Application. Anyone facing same error. Any suggestions. Its been 10 days I cant access form and cant complete it. Everytime it shows same error.

Try different laptop or computer

Tried changing laptops. Same error persists.

Weird, sounds like your save " Tab" is causing the problem…if you have all the information try completing the form without clicking save button. I understand your frustration
