My H-1B visa expires on 5th August 2021( admit date is until August 15, 2021 ). Currently, I’m outside of the USA and planning to enter on 30th July 2021. Can I enter the USA with a one-week valid visa? Will there be any problem at the port of entry?
If you have extension approved documentation its probably Ok. If not there will be chance of denying the entry.
