Employment gap during H1 Transfer

hi,

My employer gave me a termination notice with two weeks, I got a new job with employer B. The new employer will be filing the visa during the last week of employment with Employer A(one week time for internal processing with employer B). So I might get the receipt notice with 2-3 days gap in employment.

  1. Will that be an issue?

  2. what are the steps i should be taking incase of employment gap?

I think you should be fine, it should not e an issue but better to get notice within you quit company A

Thanks, Do you know how long will it take to get receipt notice after filing? That is time from sending the mail from my new employer…
