Employment date Start - H1B Filing October?

Hi, Can May 2021 be my employment start date for H1B Fiscal year 2021 (Oct, 2020 - Sept 2021).
Can my employer apply for the same on March 1st. 2020. Thanks

Employment start date is only from October 1st. You cannot have it before that or after that. You can have it filed anytime in 90 days from April 1st.
