My employer had filed H1B petition against my name in April 2015 and it had got approved. However, I had resigned from that company before receiving the approval. Neither do I have the petition number. I have requested my previous employer to share the petition number with me so that I can process the application further with another sponsor. However, my previous employer is not sharing the information with me.
Please suggest me some means by which I can get the petition number, because I need it in order to work in USA. Is there any other way to get the number? Please help.
