my employer got rfe on my case on aug 19th 2013 till now my employer haven’t submitted them . for past two months he didnt even reponded to my mails.
my questionis :does employee has to stay with employers offer with out any communication fromemployer even after oct 1st 2013 .
i find any reason to believe that my employer is telling truth abt dead line for rfe as hez not providing rfe details and asking for document that he already have with him .
now hez threatening me and using bad words .
hez claiming employee should bound to employer till rfe is active ?is it true ?
does employee have to pay liquidate damages to employer if emloyer withdraws the petition blaming employee .
does liquidate damages applicable if we leave this country on personal reasons .
please help me to handle him
