I came to US in Feb 2016, and my employer hasn’t paid any salary till now. I have paid for my flight ticket, 5 months accommodation and now i am very much depressed and would like to go back to India. Please advise how to handle this - Can i get my salary back?
Complain to DOL about your employer and demand your wages. They are required by law to pay you. Also, start looking for alternate better employment. If you take no action, then your immigration status will remain screwed for a long long time. Did you talk to an attorney?
