Employer change of location within same county and zip code

Hi there,

I am currently on a valid H1B. My employer is looking at moving to a new location, and therefore the address on my itinerary on my i129 petition would need to be changed. Do I need to redo my LCA and a new i129? Or is there a way I can send an amendment? The change of location would be within the same county and zip code.

I am sorry have you find out an answer to your question? I am in the same boat you are. My compnay simply moved 3 blocks from where we were. 3 months ago. I am scared I might be in trouble.
