Consultant who filed my H1B cannot provide a client letter for stamping in india.
L1 employer is sending me back before OCT 1… What do I do ?
Is it Ok if I search for a client who can issue a letter. What if the client location is different than the what is mentioned on the LCA.
There is nothing you can do about it. You will have to leave the country after your L1, staying after that you will go out of status. You can only convince your current employer to continue working till Sep end.
If this is something to do with fake client letters offered by consulting companies for money, remember if caught during visa stamping you may be barred from entering USA in future for about 5 to 10 years.
