Hi! My I-20 starting date is 22nd Jan 2022. I understand USA consulate in India is offering emergency appointments only and I can get an appointment only within 60 days of start date of I-20.
Can I apply for emergency appointment now to get a date in December (after paying fee) or I have to wait until 60 days before start date on I-20? Thanks!
You should be able to book appointment for a future date that falls within 60 days of your start date.
