Hi,
I am currently on L1A VISA, max out date is 04/14/2017. My PERM is approved under EB3 category and currently I-140 is in progress. I would like to know the chances and/or eligibility to apply H1B for next fiscal year (2016)? My employer did not say anything yet whether or not they apply H1B for me.I am curios to know whether I am eligible for applying H1B next year. Please let me know.
