My wife was on h4 in US and when we went to India, she tried for F1 in the US consulate but it was denied with 214b yesterday. Now she wants to stamp h4 visa as it is expired in the passport. I was eligible for dropbox and got my stamping now and came back to US on 25th July 2019. Is she still eligible for dropbox as her F1 attempt was denied?
Well, unfortunately, your spouse will NOT be eligible for dropbox as she has visa refusal. One of the requirement for dropbox is not having refusal…She could have done it before the F1 stamping, but now she cannot…see below
