b.tech passed in 2005 have gap 5 years and working as analyst in non technical(ITES/BPO) industry since dec 2010. can i apply for this year h1b please help me

You have done 4 years of college education, so you look qualified. If you are able to find a specialized job matching your skillset, then the employer can file H-1 for you. The break in studies and work will not impact your H-1 petition, but you may be asked how you qualify based upon just non-technical work experience.

Once you have found an employer, their attorney can review your experience in detail to confirm.
