For h1-b visa ,i have completed my diploma after my 10th and have 2 years of exp. Am i eligible for that? Please let me know what is eligibilty critirea to apply for h1-b visa .please ans my query.
You may not be eligible. You need to have 16 years of education including 4 years of US Bachelors equivalent. If not, you need to have at least 3 years of relevant work experience for each missing year of education.
