Has anyone received USCIS Receipts for the forms you filled for EB2 to EB3 Downgrade and Adjustment of Status Application (AOS) under the OCT 2020 Visa Bulletin? (Assuming your application is already sent to USCIS by now) Even if it is not, please share your:
Filing date, Date when USCIS received your package, Receipt Date (when you received the notice from USCIS), Date on the Receipt (official USCIS receipt date for your case), etc.
Expected receipt notices are (i-485, i-140, i-765, i-131, etc.)
The reason for this post is to be able gauge the time frame for EB2 to EB3 Downgrade and AOS application receipts at USCIS Lockbox Texas Center. This will give all of us the reference time frame to each applicant as when to expect the receipts from USCIS going forward as it is a time sensitive matter with the current visa bulletin & possible retrogress dates.
Please provide your input based on your individual experience that way it benefits everyone.
