I have 10 years of experience in IT and I moved to USA in Jul-2013 for company A and working as Lead engineer with subordinates reporting to me. I just changed the company and moved to company B as Lead engineer and they are planning to process my GC after 3 months. I want to know if it is possible to file it under EB-1 category. Also are there any constraints of salary for EB-1 eligibility.
