I am working on H1B in US since Jan 2018. I worked with employer A back in india from Jan 2014 - Dec 2018 in managerial role, resigned in Dec 2018
I joined employer B in US where i worked from Jan 2018 - Aug 2018. Employer B was the one who sponsored H1B
I joined back my old employer A in US starting from Sep 2018.
Can this employer A file GC in EB1 category though i didnt travel to US from this employer A ?
I did work in managerial role for employer A back in india & also now in US.
