Hi Saurabh - As communicated before and has discussion with you on this before I have my I94 stamped till June 24,2015 although my visa is expiring on june 29,2013 .My wife came on different date and she has recieved I94 same as Visa expiry date.So as sugegsted by you I have applied I539 to change her I94 same as mine.My question is A)Can I apply for her EAD extension based on I539 USICS receipt or shall I wait for I539 appoval/I94 approval as my wife’s EAD is ending on June 29,2013 and we have only 3 months left.The status for I539 is showing as "Initial review’ from last 2 weeks.Please advise me on this soon
The problem is EAD renewal takes almost 3-4 months.So wanted to know how can I proceed on this case
