Hello, I received my L2 EAD today, but valid and expiry dates are same… should I ask USCIS to update the proper dates of my expiry date?
Do you have the new L2 I-94 with ‘S’ designation? If yes then you don’t need EAD to continue working? Otherwise you can contact USCIS and open a request for updated EAD.
Yes I got updated one L2s i94, I have asked USCIS about the dates in my EAD card
If you have L2 I-94 S you dont need EAD.
