I am an Australian citizen on E3 Visa living in the US and I renewed it in September 2019 and the visa is valid till September 2021. My wife is an Indian Citizen who has an E3-D visa and is waiting on her EAD. She recently received her Australian Citizenship and looking to get her Australian passport.
My question is, do we need to fly out of the country for her to get the E3-D visa stamped on her new passport?
What will happen to the EAD which is in the processing phase?
