My spouse is in India right now on H4 status. One of the consultant is ready to file her H1B for this year but her current company in India is also filing H1B for her.
Just wanted to check how this will impact and what should be the process.
Reason I want to go with both current employer as well as the consultant is for the better probability to get picked.
