DS160 for child

Hello Experts,

Submitting DS 160 for children (H4) aged 11 years and 3 years old. I guess either parent can submit on their child behalf and also in e signature where it asks enter your passport, passport of either parent is to be furnished.

One of the parent can submit for the whole family.

then it means in below screenshot , it should be either parents passport number and not child’s passport number?

Yes! Whoever is e-signing will enter their passport #.

Thanks Kalpesh, just one more doubt please , if either parent is e-signing then should we select ‘Yes’ for Q: Did any one assist you in filling out this application?
