my previous visa is USA student visa and issued in India and now i am going for an interview for H1b visa stamping

So for the above question answer is YES ?

i was on student visa previously, now i am on h1b , cab you please suggest answer for this, previously visa was granted at indian embassy hyderabad, now i am going to mumbai for h1b stamping
