DS 160- Location where you will be submitting your application

In DS160 i see at last while reviewing it asks for Location where you will be submitting your application
Current Location. Does it mean my current location or the consulate where i wish to attend the interview like Delhi/ Hyderabad.

If I’m rescheduling my appointments to another city within India, will I have to create a new ds160 just to change the location in this field or will the existing ds160 work?
