Hello , I filled my ds160 , paid the fees and scheduled an appointment. Now I cannot go due to some family emergency. My 129 is valid for 6 more months and my attorney is asking me to file the renewal as soon as possible. What shall I do ? Can I file the extension and go after the approval? Can I use my same ds160 and fee receipt?
