DS 160 Doubt on question about parents and spouse

Hi, I am filling my DS 160 form and in the family member question what do I answer for the question on whether my parents/spouse are in US. My spouse is in US on work visa but she will be moving to Canada in a couple of weeks and my parents are currently here on B2 and will go back in July.

When I will go for dropbox, they won’t be in US. Should I mark the question as Yes or No? Very confused.

What visa you are applying? If your spouse is H1B and you are trying to apply for H4, you wont quality for H4 is your H1B spouse is moving to Canada.

I am applying for H1B. My spouse is on her separate H1B. Should I answer No then given my spouse and parent will leave soon?
