DS-160: Are there other persons traveling with you?

Hello,
I am filling out the DS-160 for my H1 drop-box, should I need to mention my spouse and kids details in my DS-160 as they will be having a separate drop-box appointment for a different date.

However we are planning to return to US together, could you please clarify on how to answer this question for my scenario.

If appointments are separate, submit separate DS-160.

Thank you for the response, yes, I have filled a separate DS-160 for each of us, should I need to still mention my dependents names in my DS-160 for this question in this case?

Sorry, I am little confused whether the context for this question is related to the Dropbox appointment only or for the actual trip to US.
