DS-160 is asking for social media profile which are active in last 5 year. I do have linkedin account but it is not updated for more than 7year now but if someone sends friend request then I accepted those in last 5year. Do I still need to mention that account on DS-160? thanks!
Yes, you should mention it, even if it is active or not. As long as you had your account at least once in the last 5 years, you should fill out the same. You may read DS-160 form Questions Samples

what I would suggest is update your linked in account and at least mention the companies you have worked with in past 7 years and give the correct link in your DS160
