DropBox for 7 years old kid

Hi, I am going to schedule the Dropbox appointment for both H1 and H4.

I am getting this question.

Do you have a previous U.S. visa in any visa class issued on or after your 14th birthday?

My son received his visa when he was less than 14 years old and now he is 7.

He is not eligible for Dropbox as he is 7 years old. How to get the visa for my son?

If the child is applying with parents, you will answer this question thinking it applies to parents. Also children below 14 do qualify for dropbox if applying with parents.
