It says here that home country requirement to get dropbox stamping done isn’t applicable anymore trbut noone has been able to confirm it. I have a valid stamped H1B visa and I need to get renewal stamping. Am I eligible for dropbox in any other country? Is it written somewhere officially and has someone tried it?
