We have recently received H1B + H4 (spouse) + H4 (kid under 14 years old) change of status approvals. I have booked a drop box appointment for my wife (H4) in the month Oct 2022 and for myself (H1B) & kid (H4) in the month of Mar 2023. Could you please confirm whether my kid is eligible for drop box considering his mother (H4) will have a valid stamping and he will be applying along with his father (H1B)?
