Hi, I had a h4 visa which was expired 2 months ago, but I got H1B with change of status approved this year. Now I want to go India and get stamping on h4 and come back, wanted to know if I still eligible for h4 drop box as I am now officially on H1B in US.

Your dropbox eligibility is tied to your visa stamped on your passport. Your current visa status in US may or may not matter. One easy way to check that is to try filling out DS-160 and try to book the appointment. If it gives you the option to book appointment for the Dropbox, then you are eligible. You should be eligible as long as you meet all other criteria.
