I have an upcoming Dropbox appointments in India for myself and dependents. Unfortunately dependents are unable to travel with me. Can I drop my passport alone at the Dropbox location? I call the customer service and they said I don’t really need to cancel the appointment and I can drop myself alone. This is my first appointment after employer change. Does anyone know about this?
You can just submit your documents, no issues.
You can send a message via their online system and request to keep your appointment and cancel their appointments. It would be a good record for you if there is any hassle in the future.
BTW: Did you not pay visa fees for them? You want to use that payment (I believe valid for one year) for future dates, right?
