Drop Off - US Visa Renewal

Hello - My parents visa is expiring in Jan 2025 and i have created the account , paid the visa fees both of them have been eligible for interview waiver . We are based in Pune.

1. When i schedule drop off (OFC) I can only select Mumbai and unable to see Pune. I know they have a drop off location in Pune
2. I am getting the first date in July 2025 for drop off when the visa expires in January . I have read that you have to drop off 7 days before the expiry . I dont have any availability.
   Could you please advise ?

You can select Mumbai however can drop at Pune location on the appointment date and time.
