Drop-off h1b Visa status in Application Received after 20 days

Hi All,

I am facing a weird issue with my drop off application.
It says that the last update was on 11 Dec but after that there has not been any update and current status is Application Received.

I am not sure what the issue is and I am not able to get any help from the email or call to travel docs

Has anyone faced similar issue before?

It is not an uncommon situaton. There are few who are stuck in that status. It could be that they are working on it. As long as they have your passport, it is positive sign.
You can email the consulate with details, if you do not see much change in another 10 days.
