Drop box - yellow page confirmation


I am trying for booking an appointment for drop box for my spouse. My spouse is eligible for drop box.
I don’t see the yellow confirmation page. Instead, it is asking me to book 2 appointments (finger prints & interview slot - which is not correct).

Is the system wrong? Or, did I do a mistake?


Seems, you missed something or there is a bug. Try to re-schedule. You need to get confirmation and you will only need to book only one appointment. Try again or call the USTravelDocs.
