I have successfully scheduled a drop box appointment for me and my dependents since I am eligible for interview waiver.
For health reason if primary H1B applicant is not able to travel. Can my spouse and son travel and submit their documents for their eligible H4 visa.
Can primary applicant (myself )can reschedule appointment for later days?

Do you have individual appointments or single. If it is single, I think you need to cancel and book one just for your wife and child.

You can call VFS and get their guidence.
