I have applied for B1B2 visa in 2014 through some travel agent they filled my DS160… But it was rejected at that due to that I don’t have strong ties with my origin country it was my old passport… now I have my new passport the old is expired…Can I apply for H4 visa now with my wife H1B application? But I don’t remember what was filled in old DS 160 by that agent even I don’t have the contact… Can you please tell me what should I do?
