My H1B visa will expire on July 2014 from Company A. So If I transfer my H1B from my current company A to another company B, DO i need to go for stamping…if i come go for vacation Dec 2012 or Jan 2013. Please suggest.
Yes …if you are going for change of employer and travel to india as well you need to go for stamping.
