I am working for Company A on L1b visa which is valid till 2016,another company (Comapny B)has filled my H1b for 2015 in premium processing.Still now I didn’t get any information whether my h1b application has been picked in the lottery or not ,but don’t know how my current employer (Company A) has been informed some how that my H1b has been applied by Company B for 2015.I am totally confused,because nobody else except Company B who is filing my h1b application is aware of this.Does USCIS does any kind of employment verification after the lottery has been picked up?Does this activity confirms that my h1b application has been picked up in the lottery? Please share ur views.
